Workout At Work!

Here’s a short office workout for you, or what I like to call the “Corporate Quickie”! 

These moves are simple and can be done from your chair whenever you need to get your blood flowing. 

Chair Squats (20)

Tricep Dips (10)

Leg Extensions (40)

Knee Pull-ins (10)

Criss-Cross Arms (40)

Oblique Bends (20)

……and REPEAT 2X! 
And make it a game! If your office phone interrupts you, start the rep over and hope somebody’s watching the cameras. 😂
