My second 5k, 28:41. I beat my goal of 30 minutes!
Cardio is a crazy straightforward thing. Everyone can do it. If you’ve trained, it shows. If you’ve slacked, it shows.
My next race is December 16, and then another on January 1 to complete this series.
Then it’s on to MARATHON TRAINING!!
Yep, I said it. It’s officially on the bucket list. And it will be done. Summer 2018.
