I’ll admit I’m not a big meal planner. But when I feel hungry is when I start craving and grabbing the random things in the pantry. My ability to make healthy decisions dwindles to nothing, and I pack on the calories.
When you eat before you feel hunger, you’re more likely to have thought out what you will eat and can make better decisions.
