Weight Loss Tip #1


I mean….. I don’t like to think I’m a professional weight-loser, but I am pretty dang good at it 😉. 

This is a huge tip I have for us that struggle with self-control. EAT BEFORE YOU FEEL HUNGRY. 

I’ll admit I’m not a big meal planner. But when I feel hungry is when I start craving and grabbing the random things in the pantry. My ability to make healthy decisions dwindles to nothing, and I pack on the calories. 

When you eat before you feel hunger, you’re more likely to have thought out what you will eat and can make better decisions.
