How much are you willing to invest in yourself?

I’m facing the facts over here… after quitting my corporate career and choosing to stay at home as a single mother with a baby, I took a major pay cut. We have the basics, but not much else.

We all invest in ourselves in one way or another with the leftover cash after paying the bills, savings, etc. Some of us go out to eat or spend it on experiences. Some of us spend it on clothing. Every dime we spend is an investment in something. I choose to spend it on health.

Yep, $140 – $160 sounds like a lot. It is a lot. But what does that number mean? For me, it means 12 months of trainer-planned workouts. It means putting superfoods into my body daily. It means 40 lbs of weight lost. It means I’m confident again. It means I have a community of support and people who understand me.

The new year is coming up and is a time when people decide to care about themselves again. It’s about time!

I’m gonna have another support and accountability group starting January 1. The group is SO fun and SO motivating. We’re all about balance, especially this time of year. I’m looking for other people to do this with me because I really need to continue to lose the last 20 pounds.

Do you want to hear more? Like or comment and I’ll reach out to you!

I have a gift basket (valued at $200) for the first 10 people who reserve their spot!
